Our trustee company, NSS Trustees Ltd, provides the necessary full Independent Trustee service for the NSS Solution SIPP and it serves alongside SIPP members and any other trustees nominated by them. Given the complexity of pension rules, it is highly desirable that an Independent Trustee should assist in the proper operation of the scheme.
We do not provide a remote and inflexible trustee. We and our trustee company act where possible to anticipate clients requirements, to ensure that clients wishes are carried out - but in a manner which minimises the chances of incurring either HMRC or other penalties. Decisions are made on a very pragmatic and workable basis and our long experience can assist in facilitating optimum results for our clientele.
As Independent Trustee we are signatories over the trust assets alongside member and other trustees.
